His background combines deep project management expertise with hands-on experience in Agile, SAFe, AI-enabled ways of working, digital transformation, and enterprise execution. He has led multimillion-dollar portfolios, coached teams and executives, introduced modern PMO practices, and helped organizations improve delivery speed, visibility, and business value.
